The NFL could really use a remedial course on geography.
The league's online retailer is receiving a lot of ridicule over its line of football license plates -- specifically the Washington Redskins one. Each license plate features the team's logo with their home state in the background. So the Pittsburgh Steelers plate has Pennsylvania in the background and the Dallas Cowboys logo is placed on a map of Texas. The Redskins logo is mistakenly placed over Washington state when they of course represent Washington, D.C. (Sporting News)
