Expanded reissues of two classic albums by The Cars will drop just before the band's induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Shake It Up and Heartbeat City go on sale March 30th on CD, in two-LP sets and digitally. Both include bonus tracks:
- Shake It Up: Expanded Edition adds an early recording of "Since You're Gone" and the demo of "Shake It Up." There's also "Take It on the Run," an early version of "A Dream Away."
- Heartbeat City: Expanded Edition packs the demo for "Drive," a remix of "Hello Again" and early versions of what became "Why Can't I Have You" and "Heatbeat City."
