Joe Walsh is offering up free download on his website of his new single, "One Day at a Time," off his latest album, Analog Man. He has posted a note saying, "This song is about my path out of the darkness of drug addiction and alcoholism.

The message is that there is a way out and a new life waiting in recovery that is good. The first step is to ask for help..."And, to get you on your way, he has included a few helpful links, which he says he is doing "because if it helps one person -- it was worth it.

 It's by giving back that we receive and I am eternally grateful for my sobriety and my life today." Walsh has also filmed a video for the song, which is also on his site.
